I concepted, shot, edited, branded, and captioned a video ad for Gold Hill Estates at Crystal Mountain Resort. Every creative decision from concept through final delivery was mine.
The Challenge
Gold Hill Estates needed to move luxury homesites — the only private land available within Crystal Mountain Resort, the largest ski destination in the Pacific Northwest. Lots start above $1M. This isn't impulse-buy real estate. The audience is narrow, the price point is high, and the creative had to make someone feel what it's like to own a home at 5,000 feet on a world-class mountain — not just show them a plot of land. The video had to carry that weight across paid and organic channels.
My Approach
I concepted the ad around what makes Gold Hill impossible to replicate — the elevation, the ski-in/ski-out access, the exclusivity of owning private land inside a resort surrounded by 4,000 acres of forest. I shot, edited, and branded the final piece, wrote the captions, and delivered it ready to run. The video became the primary sales tool for the development.
