Content That Booked the Calendar
Lead Producer / Director / Editor
Scope of Work
I led this engagement end to end as the senior producer, owning the creative strategy, the production, and the post. I architected a multi-channel content system, directed the team and clients across full-day shoots on active job sites, and engineered the footage into deliverables purpose-built for newsletter, social, and paid media. From the strategic brief to final delivery, I set the vision and saw it through.
The Challenge
Trout Brook Arborists was already a direct-marketing standout. Andrew had built a thriving business on email newsletters and mailers, channels most arborists never touch. But the brand had no presence on social or in paid media, and no professional content infrastructure to scale into them. The mandate was clear: bring senior-level production and strategy to a marketer who already understood his audience, elevating the channels that were converting while launching the ones he'd been sitting out.
My Approach
I approached this as a content strategist first and a shooter second. Rather than deliver a single promo, I built an ongoing content program, a series of productions engineered to feed every channel for months. I led full-day shoots on active job sites, directing the crew and clients, filming entire jobs end to end, and capturing testimonials and team photography, then built the footage in post into distinct deliverables: cinematic cuts to elevate the newsletter and mailers already converting, short-form designed for the social presence we were launching, and conversion-focused edits for paid ads. The result was a deep, reusable content library, and a marketing engine that kept the calendar booked.
